Return & Refund policy

Med Market Exchange’s Return & Refund Policy

Policy subject to applicable state laws, and may be updated without notice

  1. Vendors are required to ship the purchased item(s) within three (3) business days of receiving payment.
  2. All returns will be accepted when the return is requested by the buyer within 15 days of the original purchase date, and all of the following conditions are met:
    • The purchased item arrived as described in the listing
    • The item has not been used; or, if bought new, is unopened
    • The item is not damaged
    • The buyer provides proof of purchase
    • The buyer and seller are in compliance with applicable state laws
  3. Most returns will be accepted when the return is requested by the buyer within 30 days of the original purchase date, and all of the following conditions are met:
    • The purchased item arrived as described in the listing
    • The item has not been used; or, if bought new, is unopened
    • The item is not damaged
    • The buyer provides proof of purchase
    • The buyer and seller are in compliance with applicable state laws
  4. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the original purchase date, unless special accommodations are approved in writing by Med Market Exchange before 60 days from the original sale have elapsed.  To request a special accommodation, send an email to us at: returns@medmarketexchange.com, with the subject line: “Return Dispute” and be sure to include the order number.  Special accommodations requests received after the 60th day from the original purchase will not be considered.
  5. At the vendor’s discretion, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed.
  6. Refunds requested within three (3) business days of delivery to the buyer require the vendor to provide an authentic refund of payment, not store credit.
  7. Any store credit issued may not be converted to cash, and must be fully usable for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.
  8. For refunds requested more than 15 days after delivery, the vendor has discretion as to whether to provide a refund or store credit to the buyer.
  9. The buyer is eligible to receive a refund, exchange, store credit, or other remuneration for the item they wish to return, upon fulfilling each of the buyer return obligations in section nine (9) below.
  10. The buyer must ship the item back to the vendor within three (3) business days of the return being approved, and:
    • Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer who is returning the item
    • The shipment of the return item must include tracking information
    • The returned item must be shipped via one of the following carriers:
      • USPS (United States Postal Service)
      • FedEx
      • UPS
      • DHL
  11. The vendor must process the refund within three (3) business days of the returned item being delivered.
  12. Conflict resolution between vendors & sellers will be handled in accordance with our User Agreement.
